The Puerto Rico Loop is a carefully planned, small-group, multi-day experience. Accommodations, transportation, activities, guides, and other services are arranged in advance for each departure.

Please review the following policies carefully before completing your reservation.

By submitting payment and completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Booking & Cancellation Policies.

1.⁠ ⁠TRIP PRICE

The Puerto Rico Loop is priced at:

$2,800 USD per person

The experience is 6 days / 5 nights and is limited to a maximum of 10 travelers per departure.

Only services specifically identified as included in the applicable trip description are included in the trip price.

Airfare to and from Puerto Rico, lunches, most dinners, personal purchases, optional activities, and other items specifically identified as not included are the responsibility of the traveler.

2.⁠ ⁠RESERVATION DEPOSIT

A 50% deposit of $1,400 per traveler is required to secure a reservation.

The reservation deposit is non-refundable.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after the required deposit has been successfully received and Exploradise Adventures has issued a booking confirmation.

Space is limited and reservations are confirmed on a first-confirmed, first-served basis.

3.⁠ ⁠REMAINING BALANCE

The remaining trip balance must be paid in full no later than:

21 days before the scheduled departure date.

Travelers may pay their remaining balance earlier.

Where available, Exploradise Adventures may offer flexible installment arrangements or eligible third-party payment options.

Failure to complete the required payments by the applicable deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of amounts paid, subject to applicable law.

4.⁠ ⁠FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS

Exploradise Adventures may provide eligible customers with additional payment options.

When a payment option is offered by an independent financing or payment provider, eligibility, approval, payment schedule, interest, fees, and other financing conditions are determined by that provider.

Using a financing or installment option does not change Exploradise Adventures’ applicable cancellation terms.

5.⁠ ⁠CANCELLATIONS BY THE TRAVELER

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Exploradise Adventures.

The initial 50% reservation deposit is non-refundable.

More than 21 days before departure:
Amounts paid above the non-refundable deposit may be eligible for refund, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred on behalf of the traveler.

21 days or less before departure:
All amounts paid are non-refundable.

No-Shows:
No refunds will be issued for travelers who fail to arrive for their scheduled departure.

Early Departure:
No refunds will be issued for unused accommodations, transportation, activities, meals, or other services if a traveler voluntarily leaves the experience after it has begun.

6.⁠ ⁠REQUESTS TO CHANGE DEPARTURE DATES

Requests to transfer a reservation to another scheduled Puerto Rico Loop departure are subject to availability and approval by Exploradise Adventures.

A requested transfer is not guaranteed.

Approved transfers may be subject to price differences, supplier charges, administrative costs, or other non-refundable expenses already incurred.

7.⁠ ⁠TRAVELER SUBSTITUTIONS

Reservations may not be transferred or sold to another traveler without prior written approval from Exploradise Adventures.

Any approved replacement traveler must complete all required forms, waivers, agreements, and payments before participating.

8.⁠ ⁠AIRFARE

Airfare to and from Puerto Rico is not included.

Travelers are responsible for booking and managing their own flights.

Exploradise Adventures is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, schedule changes, missed connections, baggage delays, lost baggage, or other airline-related disruptions.

Travelers should follow the arrival and departure recommendations provided by Exploradise Adventures when arranging flights.

9.⁠ ⁠AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION

Airport transportation included with The Puerto Rico Loop will be provided according to the arrival and departure parameters communicated by Exploradise Adventures.

Travelers are responsible for providing complete and accurate flight information by the requested deadline.

If a flight is delayed, canceled, rescheduled, or arrives outside the designated transportation parameters, Exploradise Adventures will make reasonable efforts to assist; however, alternative transportation may be required and may be at the traveler’s expense.

10.⁠ ⁠WEATHER & ITINERARY CHANGES

Puerto Rico is a tropical destination, and weather, ocean conditions, road conditions, environmental conditions, government restrictions, supplier availability, and other circumstances may affect the planned itinerary.

Exploradise Adventures reserves the right to modify the order, timing, location, accommodation, transportation, activity, or other itinerary components when reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons.

When reasonably possible, Exploradise Adventures will attempt to provide a suitable alternative experience.

Specific activities, locations, wildlife encounters, natural conditions, or environmental phenomena cannot be guaranteed.

11.⁠ ⁠THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS

Certain portions of The Puerto Rico Loop may be provided by independent third-party businesses, including accommodations, restaurants, transportation companies, guides, and activity operators.

Third-party providers may maintain their own safety requirements, participation requirements, cancellation terms, or waivers.

Travelers agree to comply with reasonable requirements established by these providers.

12.⁠ ⁠CANCELLATION OR MATERIAL CHANGES BY EXPLORADISE

If Exploradise Adventures must cancel or materially change a departure, affected travelers will be contacted regarding the options available under the circumstances.

Depending on the circumstances, these may include substitute services, rescheduling, travel credit, or an applicable refund.

Except where required by applicable law, Exploradise Adventures is not responsible for independently purchased airfare or other expenses not included in the reservation.

13.⁠ ⁠TRAVEL INSURANCE

Once confirmed, replace this section with the actual insurance language, including whether insurance is included or recommended and where travelers can review the insurer’s coverage, limitations, exclusions, and claims procedures.

14.⁠ ⁠TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES

Travelers are responsible for:

•⁠ ⁠Providing accurate booking and traveler information.
•⁠ ⁠Meeting all payment deadlines.
•⁠ ⁠Completing required forms and waivers.
•⁠ ⁠Arriving at designated meeting locations on time.
•⁠ ⁠Following reasonable safety instructions.
•⁠ ⁠Informing Exploradise Adventures of relevant dietary restrictions, allergies, or accessibility accommodations when requested.
•⁠ ⁠Carrying appropriate identification and personal travel documentation.
•⁠ ⁠Being prepared for the physical requirements communicated for the experience.

15.⁠ ⁠ACCEPTANCE

By completing a reservation and submitting payment, the Lead Traveler acknowledges having had the opportunity to review and agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy.
